As a 501 (c)(3)non-profit organization, our support comes from local contributions and partnerships. Donations help fund the building of affordable homes, land purchase and the operation of our mission.
We are dedicated to strengthening our community by providing homeownership opportunities for working families of modest means in need of a simple and decent place to live. We make shelter a matter of conscience and we invite you to join us. You can make the difference.

Donation Refund Policy
Donations will be refunded if a refund request is made within 30 days of your donation. We will not approve refunds requested after 30 days.
Refunds are always returned using the original method of payment. If you made your donation by credit card, your refund will be credited to that same credit card.
