Habitat for Humanity of Central Arizona is seeking a full-time Office Manager/HR Coordinator for the Phoenix office. You will be responsible for the overall supervision of front office activities. Also serves as a strategic partner to the leadership team for managing the human resource function for the organization, which will include processing of payroll and administering the employee benefit plans. The ideal candidate will have 3 years of Human Resource experience and the ability to facilitate a culture focused on providing excellent internal and external customer service.

This successful candidate will join a highly committed team and will be responsible for cashiering, pricing, sales and also the coordination of donated goods to the retail arm of this Habitat ReStore location. The ideal candidate will exhibit excellent communication and customer service skills.
